Option II 1. 20% - advance, within seven days of signing the Preliminary Agreement, as a deposit; 2. 60% - upon completion of a concrete roof /Act 14/; 3. 10% - upon issuance of Act 15 for the building; 4. 10% - upon issuance of a use permit;
Option III 1. 20% - advance, within seven days of signing the Preliminary Agreement, as a deposit; 2. 50% - upon completion of a concrete roof /Act 14/; 3. 25% - when installing the windows; 4. 5% - upon issuance of a use permit;
