On the ground level, there's a veranda (north side) and a large balcony (south side) just beside the bedroom. Every house is surrounded by gardens. --On the first floor, there's the second bedroom with its own balcony, a large bathroom and the hall leading to a wide veranda.
--On the second floor, there's a sunny attic with 2 single beds and a bathroom.
Every house has satellite TV in the living room, A/C (hot and cold) on every level and hot water supply 24/7.
Within short driving distance from Kalamitsi, you will find several sandy beaches and bights. Neos Marmaras, Porto Koufo, Sykia, Sarti are all located quite near for a night out. The area is famous for diving and water sports, boat renting and sailing. You could also enjoy horse riding and hiking. The famous mount Dragoutelis has a lot of hiking paths and spots with amazing panoramic view of Halkidiki's 3 peninsulas. The scenery leads you to think that the ancient Greek mythology Titans were real when they were throwing giant stones from one peninsula to the other. Last but not least, in the forests of the mountains you'll find itamos, a protected tree species, aged over 2.000 years.
